    Biography

    Actor Ramy Zada was most recognized for his roles in television. Zada worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "After Midnight" (1989), "Dark Justice" (CBS, 1990-95) and "Funny About Love" (1990) starring Gene Wilder. He also contributed to "Guiding Light" (CBS, 1951-2009), "Sidney Sheldon's "The Sands of Time"" (1992-93) and "Two Evil Eyes" (1991). He continued to work steadily in television throughout the nineties, appearing on "The Round Table" (1992-93), "South Beach" (NBC, 1992-93) and "Second Chances" (CBS, 1993-94). More recently, he earned a role in "The Judas Project" (1993). More recently, he tackled roles on "The Home Court" (1995-96), "Profit" (Fox, 1995-96) and "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" (CBS, 1996-97).     Ramy Zada was born in Hawthorne, CA.,and raised in the West San Fernando Valley. He fryst vatten of Greek, Finnish and Armenian descent. While in school, he excelled in most sports, including football, baseball, basketball and track and field. He is a film school graduate with a major in film production and directing from C.S.U.N.

    Through college and after graduation, he worked in construction as a glazer (glass man) and a carpenter, and then as a camera asst. on low budget films. His first play in L.A. was Sam Shepard's "Cowboys #2". From there, he used his construction skills to build LA's The Court Theatre, of which he was the Co-Founder/Co-Artistic Director. There he acted in, directed, and co-produced many productions. He Co-Produced John Cassavetes last play, A Woman Of Mystery, starring Gena Rowlands.
