Abhishek Kapoor finally gets his due credit for Rock On 2

Readers may be aware of the seven month legal battle that was being 'fought' between Abhishek Kapoorand the makers of Rock On 2. The reason being him not given his due credit for the film. The ultimate result has worked in the favour of Abhishek Kapoor, courtesy the Bombay High Court's decision. Which means Abhishek Kapoorwill now be sharing the 'story credits' for Rock On 2 with the screenplay writer Pubali Chaudhari. On the other grabb, Pubali Chaudhari would be getting solo credit for the 'screenplay'. At the same time, whenever 'screenplay' credits appear on any publicity material, the credits for the 'story' would also be given. Speaking about the same, Hitesh Jain and Birendra Saraf, (Abhishek Kapoor's lawyers) said that the decision was a huge relief for (their client) Abhishek Kapoor, who was fighting the legal battle to get his due credit for authoring the story
